HOW TO COOK

Remove film and place contents on a plate, cover with a microwave-safe dish, and microwave for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through.

To heat in tray, cut a 1-inch slit in the plastic film and microwave 3-4 minutes. Cook until meal reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Be careful, as tray and food will be hot.
